Dr. Sven Bacchus (Orthodontist)

When you are looking for an orthodontist, you need a doctor that is caring and understanding, with the knowledge to plan and execute a smile that is both functional and esthetically pleasing.  My name is Dr Sven Bacchus, and I work with my patients and their families to accomplish these goals.
I graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with my Specialty degree in Orthodontics and my Masters of Science in Surgical Orthodontics in 1999.  When in school, I graduated at the top of my class, entering University as the first in academic history to be granted 3 scholarships to the University of Toronto and moved through each of my years in undergrad, dental and orthodontic school with numerous awards, grants, and scholarships. That same excellence in striving to always be the best at everything school had to offer is the same excellence I use in treating all my patients.
Upon graduation, I worked as an associate in the northern rural areas of Michigan for a year, and then moved back to the area I grew up in, southern Ontario.  Missing the wide open spaces, I headed out of the city to practice in two small towns northwest and west of Toronto, and have been happily serving the communities of Orangeville, Shelburne, Erin, Caledon, Brampton, Mississauga, Milton and their surrounding areas.
I have had a great time working in the communities around my practice and my young family is a strong part of it.  My wife and I have 4 wonderful girls aged 14, 12, 10, and 8 years old. We have always tried to give back to our community by working with the food bank and World Vision. We have been an active part of skating, skiing, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, and more for the last 20 years and have had great fun with the community from giving local lectures, to strolling down the street as part of the Santa Claus parade.
I would love to be given the opportunity to work with you or your family in creating a smile that will last a lifetime.  I look forward to seeing you and if you have any questions, please feel free book a consultation, where any and all questions you have can be answered.

Dr Sven N. Bacchus.  D.D.S., M.Sc., B.Sc., FRCD(C).
